Local Axis Marketing provides digital marketing services for small businesses, which may include:
- Custom website design, development, and ongoing website management.
- Automation services, including AI chatbots, AI voice receptionists, missed call text-back, Google review automations, and custom SMS/email automations.
- Advertising services, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Search engine optimization (SEO) services.
The specific services included in your engagement depend on the monthly plan you select.
Payment Terms
Our services are offered through monthly subscription plans. Current plan pricing is:
- Small Business Plan — $297/month
- Small Business Pro Plan — $497/month
- Small Business Pro+ Plan — $997/month
Payments are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your plan each billing cycle until you cancel. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time. To cancel, contact us at info@localaxis.net. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your services until that date.
Because our services involve setup, creative work, and ongoing management, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
Disclaimers of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to lead volume, sales, search rankings, or advertising performance, as these depend on factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Axis Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you — such as your custom website build and associated creative assets — transfers to you, subject to any rights retained by third-party tools, platforms, or licensed components used in their creation. Local Axis Marketing retains ownership of its proprietary methods, templates, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering the services. You grant us the right to use your provided branding and content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
